The flu has spread in Euskadi with an incidence of 327.4 cases of influenza per 100,000 population in the last week of the year, according to the National Epidemiological Surveillance Network of the Instituto de Salud Carlos III, nationally, continues to record increase in influenza activity. These data place Euskadi as the second community with the highest incidence rates, only to Asturias with 440.7 cases.

Below the national average are Ceuta (133.4), Aragon (123.2), Canarias (122.4), Baleares (109.8), Castilla-La Mancha (94.8), Madrid (91, 7), Valencia (78) and Andalusia (46), while that of Galicia, Murcia and Melilla are not specified data.
