ウクライナの新型インフルエンザ(ブタ風邪)の爆発的感染の"真相"(理由)

1月初旬にシベリア寒気団が欧州を襲って気温がぐっと下がり。ここの気温も1'Cや、0'Cの時が何日か続いた。それで風邪をひてしまい、たぶん新型インフルエンザ(ブタ風邪)にかかってしまった。それで新型インフルエンザ(ブタ風邪)感染報告をする。季節インフルエンザの予防注射は、受けていたので、たぶんブタ風邪に罹ったと思う。症状ははじめの2、3日は、かなりのセキが出て、それから体がだるくて、力がぬけて寝込み、喉(のど)と鼻腔が、ヒリヒリ痛む。それが、2日くらい続きたくさんの鼻汁がでる。黄色い鼻汁で、血がまざっている。たぶん鼻腔内で出血しているのだろう。それが、4、5日続く。もちろん鼻汁に血が混ざっているのは重症だから、すぐに公共診療所に行き医者に診てもらった。抗生物質を1週間分、処方される。保健札を持っているので、薬局で払うのは40%で良い。2、3日して鼻汁の血がひいた。たぶん抗生物質を飲まなかったら、血は止まらなかっただろう。でも体はだるくて寝込んだままだ。むかし肺結核をやんだことがあるので、医者は、ツベルクリン反応をした。皮膚に赤い斑点が直径1'5cmから2cmくらい。それで疑わしいというのでレントゲン写真を撮ることにする。 ブタ風邪はふつうの風邪(インフルエンザ)より強い。喉や鼻腔がヒリヒリするのは初めてだ。おまけに鼻腔から出血して、鼻汁に血がまざっている。ふつうの風邪は鼻から血なんか出ない。こりゃ変異ブタ風邪ビールスD225Gにかかったら、肺から血が出るわけだ。肺出血したらもっと重症におちいる。へたすりゃ、肺の内部で大量出血して肺がたくさんの血でおぼれてしまう。だからウクライナでは、この変異ブタ風邪ビールスD225Gが、発生して、かなりの人が解剖してみると、肺が内部出血で真っ黒になっている。[1]ウクライナでは、たぶん抗生物質が、十分なかったのだろう。だから肺出血が止まらなくて変異ブタ風邪感染死する人が多かったのだろう。
ウクライナでは、A(H1N1)や、A(H3N2), A(H2N2), influenza B, parainfluenza , いろいろの風邪ヴィールスが8種類は感染しているようだ[2]。ウクライナで注目を浴びて、ノルウェイで発見、確認された変異ブタ風邪ビールスD225Gは、メキシコやアメリカ合州国で、ブタ風邪が発生したと同時に、はじめからほかの少数の変異ビールスといっしょに伝染していたようだ[3]。すでにアメリカ合州国では、07月24にブタ風邪感染死亡した女性(28)から変異ブタ風邪ビールスD225Gが、けんしゅつされている[3]。そして世界各国で、はっけんされている。メキシコ[3]、アメリカ合州国[4]、ウクライナ[5]、ノルウェイ(2+1)[21]、スウェーデン[20], イギリス(6)、スペイン(2+3)[6] 、オランダ、ブラジル[17]、中国[19]、香港、韓国(15件)[15]、日本[16]、ルーマニア[13]、インド[14]、フランス(2)[7]、イタリア[18]ETC。 変異ブタ風邪D225Gヴィールスは、ふつうのブタ風邪ヴィールスが、鼻腔や喉に感染するのに対し、肺の奥深く内部まで侵入して感染するので、重症になる。毒性が強くなる。それで肺出血するので、症状がひどくなる。けれどもそれと引き換えに感染力は非常に弱い[8]。たとえばスペインではいまま(2010年01月19日現在)でのブタ風感染死者は、271人で、そのうち突然変異ブタ風邪ビールスと発見されたのが2件だ[6]。
ウクライナで起こったブタ風邪変異ビールスD225Gの爆発的感染の理由は、大部分この突然変異して肺の奥深く内部まで侵入して感染して症状が重傷化して、毒性を強めたビールスD225Gが感染力を強めたせいだけれども、それだけではない。
まず初めに、ブタ風邪感染発生当時の、当局の対応のなさ。当局は、はじめてのブタ風邪感染発生をタカをくくって隠していたようだ。感染者が猛烈に増えてからあわてて対応したが、かなり初期対応は出遅れた。[9]それで国民はブタ風邪の感染速度が4倍も速いことなども知らされずに何もしていない。アルゼンチンがそうだったように。初期対応でかなり遅れたので、感染がかなり拡がってしまった。ブタ風邪治療薬タミフルやロレンザの絶対的不足。ほかの国はかなり早くからブタ風邪治療薬のタミフルなどを購入、準備、貯蔵していたのに、政府は、何にもして無かった。だから発生当時は、ブタ風邪治療薬が、ほとんどないので、治療のしようがない。そして医療体制の貧困さ。公式的には医者に診てもらうのも、薬代も、無料だが、実際は医者に診てもらうのも、薬代も払わなければ行けない。ある新聞で薬局でタミフルはUS100もするらしい??ヤミ値段なのだろうが。。。ブラジル(感染死者1632)や、インド(感染死者1119)や、中国(感染死者714)が、感染初期はほとんど感染者や、感染死者がいなかったのに、現在では、感染がウナギ登りに増えている。これは、医療体制の貧しさから来たものだろう。ウクライナの大統領選挙がまぢかにひかえていたのも、当局の対応が遅れた原因だろう。
つぎに"主犯"の変異ブタ風邪ビールスD225Gは、2009年の4月頃から発生していたブタ風邪ビールスと同時に発生感染していたようだ。ウクライナで突然変異を起こしたわけではない。もう世界のあちこちではっせいしている。WHOによると日本でもすでに発生していたようだ!ただし変異したブタ風邪ヴィールスは、感染力が非常によわい。毒性は強いけれども、感染力がかなり弱い。だからいままで世界のブタ風邪感染死者でも、あまり気付かれなかった。おまけに突然変異D225Gヴィールスは、肺の内部にいるので、ふつうのブタ風邪感染検査法の鼻の内部を綿棒で採取して検査するのでは、探知できない。D225Gは、肺の内部に入るのだから。だから長い間変異D225Gヴィールスは検知できなかった。検知できないものは存在しない!?それでいままでD225Gビールスは、ほとんどのひとに気付かれなかった。そしてこの感染力のひじょうに弱いD225Gヴィールスが、ウクライナでほかの風邪ビールスト同時感染している間にまた突然変異をおこして、感染力が非常に強くなって、感染者や、感染死者がたいへんに増えた。ウクライナでD225Gヴィールスは、感染力を非常に強めた。これが今回のウクライナでのブタ風邪感染爆発の理由だろう。感染力を強めた猛毒性のD225Gヴィールスは、ポーランド(感染死者138)や、ロシア(感染死者351)[14]や、ルーマニア(感染死者107/119)[13], ハンガリイ(感染死者57/110),モルドバ(感染死者35)[12], ベラルス(80)[10],トルコ(感染死者415/600)[11]などに拡散している.
